Everytime I put details into V-Series, it fails. It looks like a connectivity issue, why is this?

This type of issue can be caused by Equifax suspending the account you are using. Perhaps this could be due to inactivity.

Firstly you will need to check the account is enabled and if it isn't, get it re-enabled and the password reset and then test the software.
