Having downloaded the V-Series CHM Helper file, I can’t see any of the contents – what should I do?
If you've ever downloaded a CHM documentation file and received a "Navigation to the webpage was cancelled" message, you need to 'Unblock' the CHM file before opening it.
This is a Microsoft security improvement, although there's no clear message that indicates that you need to jump through this hoop.
If your CHM file is not yet unblocked, here’s what you need to do:
1. Right-click on the CHM file in explorer and select the 'Properties' menu item:
2. Then, click the 'Unblock' button near the bottom of the properties page
3. You can then open the file correctly.
