How can I release a lock on Transform Designer after a crash?

If Transform Designer crashes it can sometimes mean you are unableto re‐open Designer. This can be because it has been “locked”. Please follow these instructions:

1. Open Transform Administrator.
2. Go to 'Deployment' tab \ 'Summary'.
3. Click on Transform Designer (Client Type) and click on 'Release Lock'.


4. You should now be able to open Designer.
