How can approvals be carried out on mobile devices?
- Email approval – Approvers may approve/reject invoices directly from an email client by replying to the email with the appropriate key words such as “approve” or “reject”.
- iPad App – The Transform AP App allows mobile users to view, sort, approve or reject invoices (individually or bulk) directly from their iPad.
- The Transform AP app is available for downloaded through the Apple App Store.
- Approvers must be connected to their corporate network or VPN to leverage the Transform AP app.
