Can I edit a plan date once I have set it up?

Payment plans can be amended after they have been setup by doing the following:

1. Once logged into PT-X choose click 'Collections' > 'Plan Templates'.

2. Choose the template you wish to edit.

3. Within here you can change the 'Frequency' date, when the plan ends and the reoccurring amounts as required.

4. This will only affect new contacts created and will only affect existing contacts once the next collection has been made using the previous amount.
