How can I check why my document failed to send?

If a document has failed to send the status will change to ‘Failed’ on the Outbox screen.

To check why this failed click on the ‘Failed’ status, and select the ‘History’ tab.

It will then show you why the document failed to send to the recipient.

You can also click on ‘Resolve’ which will display a popup window explaining the reason why the document failed and provide options on how to rectify.
