How do I create a manual submission?
To create a submission batch manually, whether for one/multiple credit or debit payments, a payment profile must first have been created to action this.
If available, from the main PT-X Dashboard, please follow the below instructions:
- Select ‘New Payment’
- Choose the relevant Payment Profile
- Add Instruction
- Enter all available information (including reference, payment date and amount)
- Add (Untick ‘Add another’ if not required)
Once all relevant transactions have been entered, click ‘Continue’ and follow through the normal submission process.
