How do I create a manual submission?

To create a submission batch manually, whether for one/multiple credit or debit payments, a payment profile must first have been created to action this. 

If available, from the main PT-X Dashboard, please follow the below instructions:

 

  1. Select ‘New Payment’
  2. Choose the relevant Payment Profile
  3. Continue
  4. Add Instruction
  5. Enter all available information (including reference, payment date and amount)
  6. Add (Untick ‘Add another’ if not required)

 

Once all relevant transactions have been entered, click ‘Continue’ and follow through the normal submission process.
