PT-X Error 'You do not have permission to approve this payment'

If you are receiving permission errors on PT-X, but have the correct permissions to perform the task, then please run through the following steps (this will need to be completed by a system administrator):

  • Navigate to the Settings menu
  • Setup a new role with the relevant permissions.
  • Assign this role to the user receiving the error.
  • Ask the user to logon and test. 

 

If this does not resolve the issue, please try the following:

  • Amended the users account by changing the email address (e.g.NOTUSED@NOTUSED.com)
  • Setup a new account for the user and assign the permissions which they had before.
  • Ask the user to logon and test.
