What is Datagenie?
Datagenie is used primarily for ad-hoc payments and new payers. You can export a file from a database (In a predetermined format fit for Datagenie) to import this into PDS. Payer Global template.xls is used for this – all yellow fields are mandatory.
1. On the left, expand 'Datagenie' and select 'Upload file'.
2. Select the template you want to use. If at this point the customer sees a Start Up error, this might be because they don’t have access to Datagenie. Please call support for more information on:

There should be two different templates – 'Ad-Hoc' and 'Payer Global'. 'Ad-hoc' is used for Ad-hoc payments and 'Payer Global' used if a file is being uploaded.
