How can I mail letters to customers?
If letters are to be mailed to customers, you need to click the record you want to print, select ‘View Selected’ and then click ‘Start printing’.
Please Note: You cannot print in batches; all letters need to be printed individually. Windows default printer settings are used.
Once a letter has been printed, you then need to click on 'Confirm Printed'. This moves the record from the out-tray to the 'History Folder' under the 'Letters' menu on the left.
