Payer has a red speech bubble with a white ‘X’, and has not paid, what does this mean?
This icon means that that the payer has been cancelled and would explain why there hasn’t been a payment.
For more information as to why the payer has been cancelled, please highlight this payer and then select 'payer history'. On the right you should be able to see either an ARUDD report or a ADDACs report that will give you the information on why this was cancelled.
