I have logged into the Bacs Payment Services website and received the error: 'You have failed to log on using your digital certificates'
This is an error with the Bacstel-IP Smart Card that is in use. It's normally an indication that the card has either expired or has yet to be activated by your sponsoring bank.
Please ensure the card is still within the expiry date. If so, please contact your sponsoring bank and ask them to activate your card.
