I am getting the following message in eVERIFY Error locating product. Error code is 500010.

This is usually seen when trying to access a networked copy from a workstation. The eVERIFY folder on the server may have been moved or the network drive may have been remapped to a different path.

Ascertain whether the folder on the server has been moved or if the mapped drive has been moved/recreated.

The easiest way to fix this will be to make sure the user has full control on the ALBACSip installation folder via the mapped drive then try to access the application again.

Please Note: The drive letter and path of the mapped drive must be the same on all client machines
