What is Direct Debit Indemnity Claim Automation (DDICA)?
Bacs has phased out paper indemnity claim processes following the introduction of DDICA on 18th October 2010. DDICA has meant indemnity claims are settled electronically without the need for paper-based processes. Banks have been using the service since April 2011.
Bottomline’s products are DDICA-ready.
