Why am I unable to view applications?

In order for new users to be able to see any applications, they will need to be added to the applications security list. Please follow these steps:

1. Log in to eCollect V5 with an operator ID that CAN already see the request applications.

2. Right click the application of choice in the menu on the left hand side.

3. Go to 'Properties' and then select the 'Security' tab.

4. Please tick the check box next to the operators name that need to see this application.

5. Once this has been set, this user should now see the applications of choice.
