How to check the SFP number in ePay

 Only software solutions that have been through BACS approval processes are enabled to connect to the Bacs service and / or Secure-IP for Faster Payments. Approved software are assigned a Software Package ID (SFP) which identifies what software is being used to submit to BACS for the relevant Service User Number's (SUN)

To check what SFP ID your ePay software is using follow the process below:

  1. Log into your ePay software
  2. Select System setup (if you cannot see this option you will need to close down ePay and log in as a user with admin rights)
  3. Select BACS connections and highlight the default connection (as shown below)

      4. The SFP number is displayed towards the bottom on the screen under Package ID (as shown above)
