What version of ePay am I using?
There are two ways you can find what version of ePay you are using:
1. When logged into ePay click on 'Payments' > 'New' > 'Help' button (Blue question mark at the top of the page) > 'About ePay'.
Please Note: You can also see the version number at the bottom on the window when logged in.
2. If you are having trouble loading the software, you can find the version by following the steps below:
Right click Albany.EFT.Corporate.Client > 'Properties' > 'Details' tab > Product version
You are also able to check the server version you are running by going to:
Right click, Albany.EFT.Corporate.Service.exe > 'Properties' > 'Details' tab > Product version
