Unable to export file format
Please Note: If you are using ePay 1.8 or higher this issue will not affect you.

We recommend that this is done by somebody in your IT department who has full access to the server and is familiar with your IT infrastructure.
If you using ePay 1.7 or lower and the system is freezing when browsing to the file location or exporting your file format please make sure that you are using .net 4.0 and not .net 4.5 on the client machines. You are able to check this through you computers programs list.
