Unable to Validate - No import files match the specified wild card?

In ePay you create a file name and path within the payment profile to pick up a specific file for that profile.

If you have the error message that no import files match the specific wildcard, then you will need to check:

  • Your input file is in the correct folder path
  • Your input file has the correct file name
  • The ePay service account has full access to this directory
  • The file is in the correct format for ePay to process.
