Why am I unable to see selected Payment Profiles?
If you are unable to see a particular payment profile when logged into the software under your user account, then this will normally be a permissions issue.
To rectify this, you will need to log into the software under the Administrator account.
Once you are logged in, on the left menu select 'Administration' and then 'Permissions'. At the bottom highlight your user profile, you should see a permissions grid. Expand the 'Direct Submission' field by clicking on the plus button and find the payment profile the user is unable to see. You will then be able to assign the correct privileges.
Once this is complete, click 'Save'.
