I am trying to add a new user but the option is greyed out.

If you are trying to add a new user and the 'New' button is greyed out, please make sure that you are logged in under an administrator account.

Please Note: If you require default passwords or administrator passwords to be reset please contact Technical Support by dialling +44 (0) 870 081 8250 and choosing option 2.

If you are logged in as the administrator and the issue persists, you have reached the maximum number users for which you are licenced.

Example: If you have purchased a 5 user license you will be allowed 5 users plus the administrator account.

Should you find yourself in this situation then there are two options available to you. You can remove an existing user and replace them with the new one. Alternatively, contact your Bottomline Account Manager to discuss increasing the number of users for which you are licenced.
