When deleting a user I get error - 'Delete failed item is in use'

If you are trying to delete a user and getting this message: 'Delete failed item is in use'. You will need to contact Bottomline Customer Support directly to assist with this as a script will be required.

You can contact Bottomline Customer Support by dialling 0118 925 8250 (option 3) for Technical Support.

Please Note: Access to the SQL database will be required.
