Unable to logon - Error: The log in process failed for an unexpected reason.
This error can be caused by the ePay server and services not running or by an issue with the client install.

To find out if the ePay server and window services are running correctly, please logon to the server and check the services have started. For help finding your server please see article: How can I locate my ePay server?
