How to create a new data role and assign it to a user in Webseries

  1. Login into the Webseries Admin page
  1. Click on the Client maintenance Tab
  1. Click on Setup > Users and Group > Data roles > Modify


  1. Select the appropriate user group, add a role name with no spaces or special characters and add the Role description then click add
  1. For the ACH Company Entitlements select , then select the Bacs application which you want the data role group to access, approve and submit permissions


  1. Click update to save changes this will need to be approved by another Admin user following the steps below


  1. To assign the data role to a user  select Client Maintenance >Setup >Users and Groups
    1. >Client users


  1. Select the appropriate user from the list below


  1. Select the new data role from the data role drop down menu


 11. Click update, this will need to be approved by a second admin account following the instruction
