Where can I find log files for C-Series DDM?

We recommend that a member of your I.T helps with this as access to the server is required.

Log onto your CSeries DDM application server and navigate to:

<Install directory> C:\CSeries\subsystems\directdebit\pco\log

This will show you the log file of ever PCO task that has ran. Look down the list to identify the time the task was actioned and then open the log. This will explain why the import failed.
