I have set up a new user, but they are unable to see application.
This could be due to the settings of the user. The user will need to be set the required permissions to see the correct application.
Please Note: The application will need to be added by someone who is already able to see the application.
In order to find where to set these permissions please follow the instructions below:
1. Click on the ‘Direct Debit' tab.
2. Click on ‘Admin’.
3. Then, click ‘Applications’.
4. Choose the application you wish to amend and click ‘edit’.
5. Go to the ‘Users’ tab.
6. Tick the box to allow user to see the application.
7. Click ‘Save’.
