Can I change the advanced notice period on the letter template?

If you are looking to amend the advanced notice period on the letter template, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the ‘Direct Debit’ tab.

2. Click on ‘Admin’.

3. Then, click on ‘Applications’.

4. Select the application you wish to amend and click ‘Edit’.

5. Click on ‘Settings’ tab.

6. Change the relevant advanced notice period.

- Days Ahead = Advanced notice period

- Advanced not for ad-hocs = Ad-hocs

7. Click ‘Save’.
