I am getting an error message HTTP status 404 - C-Series UX. The requested resource is not available?

We recommend that this is done by somebody in your IT department who has full access to the server and is familiar with your IT infrastructure.

This error message is usually caused by the Bacs Rest service and JBoss service not starting properly. You will need to make sure the account that is running the Bacs Rest Service is functioning correctly. You will also need to check that the credentials are also correct for the account that is running the JBoss service. It is advisable to use the same account for these services.

Once both these services have started and are running from the correct account you will be able to load the administration and client pages.
