Unable to log in. Error message: Internal error has occurred
If you are getting the below error message when trying to get to the payment section on C-Series, this would suggest that the Bottomline Bacs Rest service is not running on the C-Series application server.
We recommend that this is done by somebody in your IT department who has full access to the server and is familiar with your IT infrastructure.
Please restart the 'Bottomline Bacs REST' service on the C-Series application server. Please follow the instructions in the related article: How do I restart the Bottomline Bacs Rest service?
Please Note: If you are repeatedly seeing this issue, then it would be advisable to check the properties of the service and the recovery options. Change the options for the failure of the service to ‘Restart the service’.
