How do I reset an Administrators password in C-Series?
In order to reset an Administrator password please follow these steps below:
1. Login to C-Series admin console page and browse to ‘Host User Entitlements' > 'Users' > 'Modify’ option then click 'Enter' on the following screen.
2. Choose the relevant user name from the list displayed and enter a new password in the ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm New Password’ boxes then click the ‘Update’ button.
3. Click the ‘Logoff’ button and then log back into the console under a second administrative account and select the ‘Host User Entitlements' > 'Users' > 'Approve’ options.
4. A list of all changes requiring a dual level of approval will be displayed from which the relevant items can be ticked and confirmed using the ‘Approval’ button.
Once the above steps have been performed the password will have been changed for the relevant user account and this account will also have been unlocked if locked already.
All Admins Accounts Locked
If you're unable to access any of the admin accounts an incident will need to be raised with Support.
Due to the nature of the request, this can only be done by a member of the Bottomline support team. They will then follow a security procedure to process your request.
