Why has my Direct Debit tab disappeared?
We recommend that this is done by somebody in your IT department who has full access to the server and is familiar with your IT infrastructure.
The ‘Bottomline Direct Debit REST’ service on the C-Series application server has stopped. Starting or restarting this service will make the Direct Debit tab visible for use.
