Error: Invalid License File, what should I do?
We recommend that this is done by somebody in your IT department or by a DBA (Database Administrator) who has full access to the server and is familiar with your IT infrastructure.
This error message often refers to an issue with the C-Series database and/or its connection to the C-Series application. Can you please try the below steps to resolve the issue:
1. Restart all Bottomline services on your C-Series application server.
2. Check to ensure that the SQL Server services are also in a started state on your database server.
3. Ensure the C-Series database has ample free space available.
