I need to delete a batch from my C-Series software. How can I do this?
You can reject a batch using the tile, please follow the instructions below:
1. Select the 'Reject' option on the tile.
2. Enter a reason code for the rejection.
3. Once the batch has been rejected, then select 'Delete'.
Please Note: If you are still unable to reject the batch, this could be because of the permissions set to your user. Please check this as it may be preventing you from rejecting.
