Batch stuck at submitting status, what can I do?

This often occurs when the system has attempted to submit the batch but has had trouble connecting with Bacs. This could be due to the infrastructure or network connection.

Please contact Bacs service desk to see if they have received the batch. This can be done by dialling:

Once you have found if Bacs have received the payment, please contact our support team and provide them with the information obtained from Bacs, this will assist us with the solution.
