You can manually enter submission criteria within ePay, this is known as a payment library. This is a specific module and not standard within all installations. To check if you have this facility, you can view your modules in the 'About ePay' section.
To check the above, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to the software.
2. Go to 'Payments'.
3. Select 'New'.
4. At the top of the screen you will see a blue circle with a white question mark in it. Select this and view the about section.
