If you are looking to delete a payment profile in ePay follow the instructions below:
1. Login as an 'Administrator'.
2. Click on 'Administration'.
3. Navigate to 'Payment Profiles'.
4. Select the payment profile you wish to delete.
5. Click the delete button (black cross) at the top of the window.
If you are trying to delete a user and getting the message: 'Delete failed item is in use'. You will need to contact Bottomline Customer Support directly to assist with this as a script will be required.
