If you are trying to add a new user and the 'New' button is not available, please make sure that you are logged in under an administrator account.
Please Note: If you require default passwords or administrator passwords to be reset please contact Technical Support by dialing 01189 258 250 and choosing option 2.
If you are logged in as the administrator and the issue persists, you have reached the maximum number users within your license.
Example: If you have purchased a 5 user license you will be allowed 5 users plus the administrator account.
Should you find yourself in this situation then there are two options available to you. You can remove an existing user and replace them with the new one. Alternatively, contact your Bottomline Account Manager on 01189 258 250 option 1 to discuss increasing the number of users within your license.
