To reset a user’s password in ePay please follow the instructions below:
1. Log into the software under the administrator account.
Please Note: If you require default login details please call support on 0118 925 8250 option 2 and Bottomline support can follow security procedures to enable an account reset.
2. Once you are logged in, select 'Administration' and then 'Users'.
On the right you will see a list of the different users currently registered to this installation.
3. Highlight the user you wish to amend.
4. At the bottom of the screen you can add and confirm a new password for the user.
Please Note: There is an option for the user to change their password upon first login.
5.Once this has been completed, click 'Save' at the top of the screen.
