This account is responsible for processing all jobs through the ePay application.

In order to find out which account you are using follow the steps below:
We recommend that this is done by somebody in your IT department who has full access to the server and is familiar with your IT infrastructure.
1. Log into the ePay server as an administrator account or as a user with access to the Windows services screen.
2. Launch Windows services by going to 'Start' > 'Run' and type 'services.msc'.
3. Locate the service named 'Bottomline ePay' and right click 'Properties'.
4. Select the login tab and check the account name.
This account is the Service User Account that is responsible for authenticating all ePay tasks on your network.
