All of the HSM configuration such as the IP address is held on the ePay server within WebSentry manager. This will be configured when the HSM device is installed. In order to connect the ePay server software communicates with the WebSentry manager software. For assistance changing any of the network configuration for the HSM, please contact Bottomline Technical Support.
You do not need to know the IP address to link certificates to the HSM. You will need to know the login information for the device which will consist of a slot ID, a username and a Pin. These details should be held by somebody in your organisation.
