If you are getting the error message: Limit is exceeded on one of the payments. Please follow the instructions below:
- Go to ‘Direct Debit’.
- Click on 'Admin'
- Applications (choose application)
- Click on 'Edit'
To resolve this you will then need to check the transaction limits under the ‘Settings’ tab and under the ‘Users’ tab. Please correct the limits as required so they do not exceed the limits.
