If your reports have not applied in DDM this is usually due to the task not running. To find out why we will need to check your logs.
We recommend that a member of your I.T helps with this as access to the server is required.
Log onto your C-Series DDM application server and navigate to:
<Install directory> C:\CSeries\subsystems\directdebit\pco\log
This will show you the log file of ever PCO task that has ran. Look down the list to identify the time the report task was actioned and then open the log. This will explain why the import failed.
