There are many tasks that run as part of your DDM system, logs to track their activity can be located below.
We recommend that a member of your I.T helps with this as access to the server is required.
Log onto your CSeries DDM application server and navigate to:
<Install directory> C:\CSeries\subsystems\directdebit\pco\log
This will show you the log file of every PCO task that has ran. Look down the list to identify the time the task was actioned and then open the log.
