If you are looking to amend the advanced notice period on the letter template, please follow the instructions below:
- Click on the ‘Direct Debit’ tab.
- Click on ‘Admin’.
- Then, click on ‘Applications’.
- Select the application you wish to amend and click ‘Edit’.
- Click on ‘Settings’ tab.
- Change the relevant advanced notice period.
- Days Ahead = Advanced notice period
- Advanced not for Ad-hocs = Ad-hocs
- Click ‘Save’.
