If your users are unable to log in it may be that they have locked their account. There is a ‘three strike’ rule in place for invalid logons, and once a user inputs their password incorrectly three times over any given time the system will lock that account on the third strike and the account will have to have the password reset via the C-Series Admin page.
We recommend that this is done by somebody in your IT department who has full access to the server and is familiar with your IT infrastructure.
The number of ‘strikes’ against the account for each failed log on and they DO NOT reset after a successful logon. The number of strikes a user currently has against their account can be viewed within the 'WEBSYSTEM.USERS' table within the database and will need to be set to 0. You will also need to change the STATUS field to read AP for approved.
