We recommend that this is done by somebody in your IT department who has full access to the server and is familiar with your IT infrastructure.
This error message often refers to an issue with the C-Series database and/or its connection to the C-Series application. Can you please try the below steps to resolve the issue:
- 1. Restart all Bottomline services on your C-Series application server.
2. Check to ensure that the SQL Server services are also in a started state on your database server.
3. Ensure the C-Series database has ample free space available.
