If you need to cancel or reject a batch before it is submitted you will need to be logged in as the user who authorized the submission.
You can reject a batch using the tile, please follow the instructions below:
- 1. Select the 'Reject' option on the tile.
- 2. Enter a reason code for the rejection.
- 3. Once the batch has been rejected, then select 'Delete'.
Please Note: If you are still unable to reject the batch, this could be because of the permissions set to your user. Please check this as it may be preventing you from rejecting.
If you have already submitted your batch and wish to cancel it please contact Bacs directly on 0370 165 0018 and provide them with your SUN.
