This often occurs when the system has attempted to submit the batch but has had trouble connecting with Bacs. This could be due to the infrastructure or network connection and is not an indication of a failed submission.
Please contact Bacs service desk to see if they have received the batch before attempting the next steps.

Once you have confirmed if Bacs has or has not received your file you will need to abort the submitting transaction.
For card users
Please select the Green Abort button, if this is greyed out make sure you are logged in as the submitter and then press CTRL+F5. This will then move the submission back on stage where it can either be resubmitted or cancelled as required.
For HSM users.
Please contact support so that we can assist you in resetting your submission.
