When Escalations are thrown within C-Series DDM, you will be notified by email continually until these escalations are manually cleared from the PC Organizer Monitor.
We recommend that a member of your I.T helps with this as access to the server is required.
To do this please log onto your C-Series applications server and go to:
<installed directory> CSeries\subsystems\direct debit\pco\PcoClient
Within the PC Organizer Monitor, please click on the left hand 'Escalation' tab at the bottom and you can select the escalations. Then right click to 'Clear' the escalations.
This will stop the escalations from emailing, you are then clear to delete any emails you have received.
