There are several log files available from C-series for different issues they are included below.
Please ask your IT for assistance if you are unable to access these locations.
For errors on the web Page you can locate the Jboss logs in
<installed folder>\jboss\server\default\log
Sever.log is the current running log
Boot.log is the last time the service was restarted
For errors relating to the event manager service or data loading issues you can locate logs in the following places.
- cSeries \logs
- cSeries \subsystem\bacs services rest service output log
- in the data base websystem.errorlog
The C-Series error log can be found in <Install directory> C:\CSeries\hub\bin\bt_hub.log.
Submission errors will be in c:\programdata\bottomline\bacs transmission logs
If you are unable to load data into C-series an error file may be present in the bad folder in the import directory.
